Our spa cover strap kits are designed for securing spa covers against wind and weather. They are not intended for use as safety restraints, load-bearing lifting straps, tie-downs for vehicles, or any application other than spa cover retention. Use of our products in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose is at the user’s sole risk. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at sales@spacoverstraps.com and provide a written description of your complaint. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.
