Responsibilities Present project plans to hospital leadership and secure executive sponsorship. Coordinate end‑user training and ensure successful adoption of Epic software. Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, schedule, resource, and budget management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as clinical, clinical data, and implementation specialists. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major. Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days; typical month includes 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination. History of academic and professional success.
