Project Manager Job Overview Mina's Green Clean Team, a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Manager to lead our new team in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. We specialise in providing professional, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. As we expand our trusted services, we are looking for a professional who shares our commitment to exceptional quality and environmental responsibility. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing client projects and ensuring the successful establishment of our operations in Atlanta. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 USD. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of cleaning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key commercial clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate and direct cleaning teams, providing clear instructions and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, creating detailed reports for senior management.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Uphold the company's high standards for quality, safety, and our eco-friendly commitment.
• Assist in establishing and streamlining operational processes for the new Atlanta branch.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in the service industry, facilities management, or commercial cleaning sector is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
