The Organizational Development Specialist is a new position at the Vermont Department of Taxes supporting a 200-person operation in Montpelier. The role combines internal communications, training coordination, and knowledge management—creating content about career development opportunities, documenting institutional processes, and facilitating employee growth initiatives.
