Job Title: Data Analyst Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $67,000 - $69,000 USD per annum Responsibilities As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing our business data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Your key duties will include: Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records. Analysing customer behaviour, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights from data. Essential qualifications include: Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present complex information with clarity and precision. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
