Target 20–25% same‑day conversion, 45–50% overall conversion. First 90 days: Perform, Own Results, Become a Top Contributor, Operate fully autonomously. Meet or exceed 30% same‑day and 60% overall conversion. Become known for accountability, ownership, and client trust. Qualifications Required Native or professional‑level fluency in Spanish and English Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales, sales, legal intake, customer success, or other high‑touch client‑facing roles. Experience may be from any industry; immigration law experience is preferred, but not required.
